Energy Efficiency Upgrades With Low Interest Loans

If an energy efficiency improvement is required, energy audits, rebates and low interest loans are available.  

Residential

Low Interest Loans, for Eligible Conservation Measures, are available in loan amounts from $400.00 to $7000.00 for a single-family residence and up to $10,000 for a multi-family building. Interest rates can be as low as 3% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). We require a minimum monthly payment of $35.00.
